Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BITSTAQ website at bitstaq.com(the “Site”). The Site is operated by BITSTAQ Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202547845R, “BITSTAQ”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an informational marketing website. It describes the workflow-automation services BITSTAQ offers to Singapore SMEs and provides ways for you to contact us — primarily via WhatsApp. The Site does not process payments, host customer data, or deliver services directly. Services are agreed separately between you and BITSTAQ under a separate engagement.

2. Acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or our providers’ systems.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or automated queries via our contact channels.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce substantial portions of the Site for commercial use without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the BITSTAQ name, logo, illustrations, copy, and code — is owned by BITSTAQ or its licensors and protected under Singapore copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Linking to the Site is permitted.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, external grant pages, etc.). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Information on the Site (including descriptions of our services, expected outcomes, and case studies) is general marketing information, not a contractual commitment. Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for any engagement are agreed separately in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BITSTAQ, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed SGD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of Singapore.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BITSTAQ harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
